STEP-5 : Find and Delete FileDataLayer folder

Method-4: Reregister Cortana and ShellExperience Host

STEP-3 : Type the command given below and press enter

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.Windows.Cortana | foreach {Add-AppxPackage -register “$($_.InstallLocation)appxmanifest.xml” -DisableDevelopmentMode}

STEP-4 : Once the process finishes, check working of taskbar

Method-5: Use DISM

DISM stands for Deployment Image Servicing and Management. It is used to scan and fix corrupted files on the system. The moment when you run DISM successfully, your taskbar and other issues will be resolved quickly. Here is what you need to do in this process.

Method-6: Add New User Account to System

STEP-3 : You will find an option “Add someone else to this PC” under other users and click on it.

STEP-4 : Select “I don’t have this person’s sign-in information” option given on right down corner of the window.

STEP-5 : Click on ADD user Account and create the user
